Our services
Complete solutions
Every project is assessed according to your property's features and your needs, with tailored solutions.
01
Bespoke kitchen and bathroom renovations
The kitchen and bathroom are among the most frequently used rooms in the home and call for practical, durable, well-planned solutions. Porro Edilizia Mediterranea renovates kitchens and bathrooms, handling layout changes, masonry work, flooring and wall tiling, and finishing. The company also builds bespoke masonry kitchens and furnishings, ideal for anyone looking for a modern feel.
02
External wall insulation and building insulation
Improving a property’s insulation helps make interiors more comfortable and reduce heat loss. Porro Edilizia Mediterranea carries out thermal insulation work and installs external wall insulation systems, using materials and systems suited to each building. Work can be carried out on private homes, villas and properties undergoing renovation, with solutions designed to improve energy efficiency and protect exterior surfaces from temperature fluctuations.
03
Facade restoration and exterior surface repairs
Facades help define a building's appearance and, over time, can show signs of wear, cracks or deteriorating finishes. Porro Edilizia Mediterranea restores and renovates facades in Ostuni and the Itria Valley, working on plaster, masonry and exterior surfaces. Particular care is taken with traditional buildings in Puglia, where preserving original features is essential to maintaining a property's architectural identity. Work is assessed according to the condition of the surfaces and the characteristics of the existing materials.
04
Interior and exterior painting and finishes
Finishes are the final stage of a renovation and help define the character of each space. Porro Edilizia Mediterranea carries out interior and exterior painting, surface levelling, plastering and decorative resin applications, with careful attention to surface preparation and material selection. The work is tailored to the style of the property, from contemporary homes to traditional houses in the Itria Valley, creating beautifully finished surfaces that sit harmoniously within their surroundings.
05
Structural work, roof renovations and flooring installation
Porro Edilizia Mediterranea carries out masonry and structural work on new builds and renovation projects. Work includes roof and floor repairs, construction and reinforcement of structures, and the installation of various types of flooring and wall cladding. The company works both indoors and outdoors, using materials such as porcelain stoneware, natural stone and Puglian chianche. Every project is completed with the building's technical characteristics and the project's requirements in mind, with a focus on structural stability and quality workmanship.
06
Custom pool design and construction
A swimming pool can transform a garden or outdoor area into a space for relaxation and socialising. Porro Edilizia Mediterranea designs and builds custom in-ground pools in Ostuni and the Itria Valley, managing every stage of construction, from excavation and structural work to plumbing and finishing. Each solution is tailored to the space available, the ground conditions and the property's style, with particular care taken to integrate the pool into the surrounding landscape.
